Payment Policies

Payment Methods: Visa, Discover, or Mastercard can be accepted for card payments. You may also pay via cash (if you would like this option, please contact us via email IMMEDIATELY after registration for further instructions to avoid processing payment on card). If paying with cash, you must pay by the 25th of the month prior and keep a card on file.

Payment Submission: A payment must be submitted by the first class in order to participate.

Required Card on File: All families will be required to put a card on file, regardless of desired method of payment. In the event that a cash payment is not submitted/initiated by the 25th of the month prior, the card on file will be charged.

Payment Due: Full Payment for the full session of class(es) must be submitted by the child(ren)'s first class, or the card on file will be charged.

Declined Cards: If a card payment is declined & not updated within 24 hours, there will be a $10.00 processing fee added to your balance. Please make sure your card on file is up to date!

Outstanding Balances: Any client who has unpaid fees will not be able to enroll in future classes, (or attend classes) until paid.

Classes: A child’s spot will not be reserved unless enrollment is processed. The tuition rates are not based on attendance, they remain the same whether your child was present or not.

Refunds: No refunds will be given, regardless of attendance.

Full Classes & Waitlist: If you are interested in a class that is currently full, you may add your child to the wait list. Should any spaces open at a later date, we will contact you.

Withdrawals: You must send an email by the 25th of the month prior of your withdrawal date, to avoid being charged the next month's tuition (e.g., If you wish to withdraw your child in April, you must send the email by March 25th. No refunds, no exceptions!
Make-ups

Make-up classes must be scheduled via the make-up request form (and receive confirmation of approval). There is 1 make-up allotted per semester (no make-ups for Intro to Tumbling, Intermediate Tumbling, Advanced Tumbling classes at this time), space permitting.

No refunds or prorates will be given for missed classes.

If you know your child will be absent ahead of time, please notify us via e-mail at Thetumblehub@gmail.com or within the iClassPro platform.
General

Attire: Leotards, t-shirt tucked into shorts/leggings, non-baggy clothes, no zippers or belts, socks, or jewelry (stud earrings are acceptable). Hair should be pulled back away from face, in ponytail when possible. .

Equipment: Children should not be on gym floor/equipment outside of class times. Please do not enter the building until 5 minutes prior to your child's class start time. Siblings should not be on equipment at any time.

Food and Drink: Please only bring water (in a closed cup). Any outside food or snacks are prohibited.

Inclement Weather: Decisions made regarding closings for inclement weather will be communicated via e-mail. Make-ups/Proration will not be offered for inclement weather closings.

Scheduled Closings: Spring Break, Summer Break, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, and New Year. You will be notified via e-mail of any additional closings.
