Our 2 hour parties include access to our 12,000 + square foot facility including our white 16’x 16’ bouncehouse, large open spring floor, gymnastics and tumbling equipment, tumble track trampoline, and tables and chairs.

This cost is $250 for current members, and $275 for non-members.

Large arches for photo backdrops with customized text + balloon garlands are available for add-ons to your party package for an additional charge of $150. You will not receive access to the arches without purchasing our package.

There are 15 “child” guests permitted within the party package. Guests include those children that will be participating on the gym floor at any point.

Additional attendees are $12/person and a maximum of 20 child guest participants are allowed.

No hanging, taping, gluing, etc., of decor is allowed within the facility. Stand-alone decor is permitted.

All booking inquiries can be sent via email to: thetumblehub@gmail.com. If your party time is available, a link will then be sent for you to book directly online. Your party is not reserved until you have booked, paid your deposit + signed a party agreement.

To reserve a party, there will be a non-refundable deposit requirement of 50% of the total cost, to serve as a deposit in order to reserve your desired date/time. This will be applied toward the total cost of your package, and the remainder will be due the Sunday the week prior to your party. We reserve the right to require an additional deposit if balloon garlands or custom vinyl are added to your package.

Each participant will be required to have a parent/guardian sign a liability waiver. This can be done on our website by selecting the drop down menu titled “Party Waiver”--Anyone without a signed liability form will not be allowed to enter the gym floor.

Outside food/drinks are welcome, but please be mindful of our tables/chairs and provide your own tablecloths if there is a chance of staining or damage to our property.

The last 30-45 minutes (the duration is to your discretion), is reserved for food/cake/etc. Once you begin serving food, the bounce house will be deflated and there will be no one allowed back onto the gym floor.

You will be allowed to enter 30 minutes prior to your scheduled party time to decorate and prepare. No guests should enter the gym floor until your allotted party time.

The individual who signs the agreement will be held responsible for any damages that occur to our property, including but not limited to the facility bathrooms, any equipment, the bounce house, tables and chairs, trampoline, property, etc.

No shoes on the gym floor, there are designated cubbies for shoes to be placed in upon arrival. No gum, glitter, candy, sharp objects, food, or drinks allowed outside of the tables and chairs area.

The Tumble Hub, LLC will have an employee on site to be of assistance, if needed, as well as to ensure safety and compliance with rules.

After the party, you are responsible for wiping down all tables and chairs and sweep under the party tables and chairs.

Please have the area cleaned and be ready to depart at the end of your allotted time frame (e.g., If your party is reserved from 11:30-1:30pm, please be ready to walk out the door at 1:30pm). This will allow the next party to have their designated time to set-up. There will be a $25 fee for every 10 minutes you remain past your allotted time.

No refunds. If your party needs to be rescheduled, we will provide alternative time/day options + an account credit for any money paid. If you cancel more than a week prior to your scheduled party, you forfeit your deposit only. If you cancel less than one week in advance, you forfeit any money paid.
